Orgtomic provides dedicated on-boarding training and assistance with correct set up, including tools to automate and speed up the process. Orgtomic also comes with data validation tools to ensure you are capturing all Organisational data. All this support is free of charge and highlights our commitment to customer success.
Once you reach the limit of members you will be promoted to contact Orgtomic's customer success team who will assist in upgrading your package.Should you wish to upgrade to benefit from features, just reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
No, for standard users, we operate on a 30-day rolling contract with payment taken via Stripe. Discounts are available for annual payments. For Enterprise customers where custom integration and project management are required, we would review on a case by case basis.
